Booking a session
At the time of booking a session, your contact information will be collected. It is client’s responsibility to notify Hypnotherapy with Laura of any change of contact details.
Hypnotherapy with Laura allows up to 60 minutes for initial consultations, however some initial consultations will not require the full 60 minutes. In this case, the consultation will last the duration that is needed to discuss the relevant information for the client at the set Consultation price of £30.
Cancellation Policy and fees.
When booking an appointment, the client accepts that Hypnotherapy with Laura requires 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Failure to attend or cancel/reschedule an appointment with less than 48-hours’ notice, will result in a charge of the full session fee. Appointments booked less than 24 hours in advance cannot be cancelled; to do so will incur the full charge.
Late attendance and Time to arrive
Please inform Hypnotherapy with Laura if you are running late for your appointment. Failure to arrive on time could result in a cancelled/rescheduled appointment.
Distance Selling Regulations
You the consumer offer to buy the service we are providing when you make an appointment. The contract between us becomes binding when you receive confirmation of the booking. Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel the service when booked over the phone or via email up to seven working days from when the appointment is confirmed. Cancellation must be in writing. However, for appointments booked less than seven working days in advance, unless we agree otherwise in writing, you will not be able to cancel the appointment and our normal cancellation policy applies (see above). All appointments made over the phone or via email will be confirmed via email or SMS. The performance of service begins 24 hours before the confirmed appointment time, as time and resources will have been reserved for you
Payments can be made online, bank transfer, by credit or debit card or cash. The appointment fee must be paid in full in advance of the appointment.
