Terms and Conditions

My Responsibility


  • My approach to therapy is centred on trust from all parties. Everything that we discuss in sessions remains confidential.  The only exception to this is if I feel that the client is at serious harm or likely to seriously harm someone else and it requires me to contact medical or emergency services. 

  • I may discuss sessions if required with my supervisor; however, this will be discussed with discretion of your name and personal information. 

  • If a child under the age of 16 discloses information that I feel puts them or themselves at risk, I may consult with the parent or guardian.

  • Any information will be stored and locked away securely and appropriately in line with my professional bodies and GDPR.


Cancellations/Rescheduling of appointments:

  •  In the unlikely event of needing to reschedule appointments I will aim to give as much notice as possible. If I can provide 48 hours’ notice or more, I will reschedule your session at a time to suit you or issue a coupon for the full session value. If less than 48 hours is provided, then a full monetary refund will also be offered.


Contact and Communication:

  • I will be available to email at, or message on 07510652217. I will always endeavour to reply as soon as possible if required, however the service I provide to my clients is during your session time, and I may not be able to reply to all emails or messages in between your sessions, but they will always be addressed.

  •  Your contact information will be stored securely and not shared. I will only use this information for communications from myself regarding ‘hypnotherapy with Laura’. If you would ever like your contact information removed, please inform me, and allow 14 days for it to be processed.

COVID 19 and illness:

  • I will ensure regular cleaning is in place, hand sanitiser is provided, and I will follow the current guidelines in place provided by my professional bodies made in line with the government guidelines regarding Covid-19.


Client Responsibility


  • If you would like your information destroyed, or contact information deleted. Please Email me written confirmation of the request to and allow 14 days for your request to be processed.

Cancellations/Rescheduling of appointments:

  •  Sessions are non-refundable.

  • Please provide 48 hours notice to reschedule your appointment. Less than 48 hours will result in full payment of the session 

Communication:  Please email any queries to, or message on 07510652217. I will always endeavour to reply as soon as possible and call back if required, please be respectful that I run a busy practice and may not always be able to reply immediately.

Hypnosis MP3 and symptoms:

  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the mp3 is used under safe conditions. Please do not listen to the Hypnosis recording whilst Driving/operating machinery or carrying out any tasks that require your focus.

  • Hypnotherapy is not a replacement for medical advice, or medication. If you have any medical concerns please contact your GP/Medical services.

COVID 19 and Illness:

  • Face to face sessions are strictly no illness policy at this practice. To ensure safety and wellness of all clients if you feel ill, or have any unusual symptoms please do not attend your session at the practice, sessions can be rearranged, or transferred to online.

  • It is client’s responsibility to notify me and reschedule their appointment if they are showing any symptoms of COVID 19 or have tested positive for COVID in the last 10 days or are in an isolation period.

  • I do not supply masks, so please bring your own if/when required. Hand sanitiser is provided.

  •  It is a clients responsibility to carry out hygiene procedures and follow government guidelines.

  • Allergies - Please be aware that my practice is run from home and make me aware of any allergies if necessary at the time of booking. (Cats are kept at the property)
