Information for Clients
Due to the Covid 19 pandemic I have put the following measures in place for the safety of clients.
The therapy room has been deep cleaned and will be cleaned and suitably sanitised between each session.
If you or anyone in your household are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms please cancel your session immediately and quarantine as per current government advice.
Please do not arrive early for your session. This is to avoid close contact with other clients, and allow time for the room to be cleaned.
Please bring your own drink if you would like one during sessions as I am unable to supply any at the moment.
Please attend the practice alone unless you are booked for a couples session or are attending as a carer/responsible adult.
When you arrive at your session, please wait in the car until I come to let you in.
There is an antibacterial alcohol gel outside the therapy room, next to the door, please use this prior to entering the room.
A track and trace QR code is available to scan in the room.
Please pay for sessions online or with card payment if at all possible. If cash is used it must be the correct amount and in a paper envelope.
The toilet will be unavailable until further notice.
I will be wearing a mask to greet you, maintaining 2 metre social distancing requirements during our session, and ensuring high levels of hygiene within the room. Due to all the measures in place I am not insisting on the use of masks or PPE for clients during your session, but please feel free to use one should you wish.
I will still be offering the optional use of a blanket during relaxation, when you have finished using a blanket you will be asked to put it in the pedal bin provided. Blankets will be washed between each use.
In line with the UK Governments track and trace, contact tracing system if I receive a positive test result for coronavirus I will be required to pass on the details of anyone I have spent 15 minutes or more with at a distance of less than 2m. I need to let you know this as I have an have an obligation to do so if this happens and so our normal confidentiality must be breached in the interest of public health.
PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND YOUR APPOINTMENT IF YOU ARE FEELING UNWELL AND DISPLAYING ANY SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19. Please let me know at the earliest possible convenience.

Remember online sessions are available, and as beneficial as face to face.
I look forward to seeing you,
